Whoooaaaa!

Well..let's see if I can be brief with this week's Words of Wisdom, I wanna get outside and play (with myself)..hackey sack you pervs, what'd you think I was talking about. So this'll be like "speed-dating" but for website updates...here goesssssss...

Several members got jiggy at CSS this past weekend. Good times good times. PAC750XL bay-beeee! Yeah, holla! Despite some crackin winds, Prickels, Freshman, Gaddy, Jamie and Freestyle T had good times..they even ran into our pals Crater and Jenn Jenn!!!! Many of the other jumpers backed down from ASS this weekend, due to unfavorable forecasts. But there's good news....skydiving weather is on the way!

SOOO, first timers and up-jumpers alike, prepare to get yo' shwurv on! Email skydive@vt.edu if you're ready to make your first jump...big timers, we'll just see yall on the weekend or at some of the rockin events that are lining up, like.

This Monday, there's no meeting! D'oh! Everybody's been busy as hell, so yeah. But Wednesday is a special conference night at El Rodeo at 7pm. Long term, Dublin boogie is quickly approaching in mid-March, Mofro (a favorite band of the club) is coming to Ashville, NC on March 31 (not too far from ASS) and that's a Friday folks! And the Easter boogie at CSS is always a great time! So for all those who've been saving $$$ over winter, prepare to get rid of it in the name of fun! More immediately though, is SAFETY DAY! The club will host Safety Day Jeopardy starring Woolly Trebec!!!!! Members, be thinking of questions and email them to woolly woolly@vt.edu) when you do! Also, Safety Day at the DZ is an event that you'll want to be sure to attend!!!!!!!!
Anybody down for a safety meeting afterwards????? (heh heh heh)

As always, if you'd like some 411 on skydiving, simply come to the second floor of Squires on any Monday at 6pm! And if you need a parachute packing class, well just email skydive@vt.edu and we'll take care of ya. If you up jumpers need a reserve repack (it's prob been awhile...better check that packing data card, email groundhog or woolly or ryan turner).
